The marketing executive - Mixed-Use Developments is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing strategies across a portfolio of mixed-use centres, including retail, residential, commercial, and lifestyle assets. The role focuses on driving footfall, occupancy, sales performance, brand positioning, and community engagement while supporting leasing and property sales objectives. Regular travel between centres and developments is an essential requirement of this role, with all travel costs covered and a company vehicle provided.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Portfolio Marketing
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for mixed-use developments
Align marketing initiatives with commercial goals including foot traffic growth, leasing demand, sales velocity, and asset value
Manage annual marketing plans and budgets across multiple assets, ensuring strong ROI
Retail & Lifestyle Marketing
Drive shopping centre footfall through integrated campaigns, promotions, and experiential events
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, community activations, and cultural events
Collaborate with retail, food & beverage, and entertainment tenants to support sales and brand visibility
Ensure consistent centre presentation, branding, and customer experience standards
Residential & Commercial Property Marketing
Develop and manage marketing campaigns for residential, office, and mixed-use leasing or sales
Support leasing and sales teams with lead-generation campaigns and marketing collateral
Oversee property launches, open days, and promotional initiatives
Manage property listings, digital assets, brochures, and advertising campaigns
Digital, Brand & Customer Engagement
Lead digital marketing across websites, social media, CRM, email marketing, and paid media
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and asset types
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, footfall data, and lead metrics
Strengthen customer engagement through content, storytelling, and community-driven initiatives
Stakeholder & Agency Management
Manage external agencies including creative, media, PR, and digital partners
Work closely with internal teams including leasing, property management, operations, and development
Build strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and local community stakeholders
Reporting, Travel & Market Intelligence
Track KPIs including footfall, tenant performance, lead generation, occupancy, and engagement
Prepare regular performance reports and strategic insights for senior management
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving consumer behaviors in mixed-use environments
Travel regularly between shopping centres, developments, and project sites; all travel-related expenses will be covered, and a company vehicle will be provided
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
3+ years' experience in marketing, preferably within mixed-use developments, shopping centres, or real estate
Proven experience managing multi-asset or multi-brand portfolios
Strong digital marketing, campaign planning, and budget management experience
Full driver's license and willingness to travel as required
