As we continue on an exciting growth trajectory, we're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our closely-knit team in Bognor Regis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing channels, including email, social media, content, SEO, and digital campaigns - and to play a key role in growing our brand and supporting commercial success.

The Role



As Marketing Executive, you'll support the Marketing Manager in delivering effective and engaging marketing activity across multiple channels. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life, drive awareness, and help the business achieve its growth goals.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who's keen to develop their skills and make a real impact in a growing business.

Key Accountabilities



Support ongoing company projects and assist in the delivery of marketing initiatives in line with the wider business strategy.

Brief and manage creative executions, including design and copy development (creative/design skills a plus but not essential).

Support the Sales team by creating and maintaining marketing collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.

Create and send marketing emails within HubSpot, ensuring engaging content and accurate reporting on campaign performance.

Plan, brief, and manage social media activity, developing engaging content and ensuring consistent brand presence across all platforms.

Assist with event management, including planning, logistics, and the production of event collateral.

Use data and insights to help shape marketing strategy, understand audiences, and optimise performance.

Report on the impact of social media, using key metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.

Support SEO and website content updates, ensuring all content is optimised and up to date.

Ensure all marketing touchpoints - across digital, print, and in-person channels - are aligned with Foremost's brand standards and visual identity.

Support with content creation, including writing and editing blogs, case studies, and website articles that reflect our tone of voice and brand values.

Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends, responding proactively where relevant.

Maintain an awareness of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks (including GDPR) to support compliant marketing activity.

Assist with monitoring marketing budgets and spend to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.

Key Skills & Requirements



Essential:



Strong experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook). Comfortable using a variety of digital tools to plan, run, and measure campaigns, such as LinkedIn, HubSpot (or similar), Google Analytics, WordPress (or other CMS), Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and measure performance. Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail. Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging ideas and bring them to life. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Agile and adaptable, with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proactive and action-oriented, demonstrating enthusiasm and drive to get things done.

Desirable:



Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. Previous experience in a marketing or brand role. Experience in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and persona development to inform targeted marketing activity Knowledge or interest in the cleaning or facilities industry.
