to support the delivery of customer-focused marketing across multiple sectors including Hospitality, Healthcare & Retail.
This role is hands-on and execution-led but requires someone who can think beyond aesthetics to understand:
why
content is being created,
who
it's for, and
what
outcome it should achieve.
You'll work closely with the Corporate Marketing Manager to help turn strategy & briefs into high-quality, on-brand marketing activity that delivers genuine impact.
Key Responsibilities
Alongside Marketing Manager:
Create and deliver marketing assets across digital and print channels (social, email & web), translating briefs into clear, engaging, customer-focused content using tools such as Canva, Adobe & Affinity.
Frame marketing activity around customer needs, challenges and benefits. Support sales-led campaigns with clear, compelling messaging. Understand how marketing contributes to wider business objectives.
Work closely with marketing manager, sales and stakeholders at group level. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Contribute ideas and improvements to ways of working.
Where needed, assist with website administration tasks.
About You

Ideally, you will be:
Someone with a passion for design & creative
Familiar with a variety of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Commercially minded and Customer Focused
