Role Summary
We're looking for a creative and driven
Marketing Executive
to lead and manage day-to-day marketing activity across our brand. You'll be the first full-time marketing hire--supported by our founder and external marketing agency--giving you the rare opportunity to build and scale a marketing function from the ground up.
You'll be responsible for managing our social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, brand partnerships and generating fresh ideas that grow our audience and drive bookings.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone ready to grow with the business.

We are a small team who constantly adapt and evolve. We haven't got all the answers and probably never will--but we work together every day to improve. If your expectation is for order and a consistent approach to work tasks, then this probably isn't for you. If you're ok with a bit of discomfort as we 'work it all out' then you'll fit just fine.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Source and repurpose user-generated content (UGC) from clients and guides.
Collaborate with the marketing agency on creative campaigns, storytelling, and brand voice.
Email Marketing
Build and send regular newsletters using email platforms.
Manage audience segmentation and performance reporting.
Coordinate with the sales team to align messaging with trip promotions and seasonal priorities.
Influencer Partnerships
Identify and manage relationships with relevant influencers, athletes, and creators.
Coordinate trips and content creation partnerships.
Support the development of brand collaborations or sponsorships.
Business Partnerships
Identify and manage relationships with relevant partners in the industry
Coordinate trips and content creation partnerships.
Support the development of brand collaborations or sponsorships.
Campaigns & Growth Ideas
Work with the agency and founder to generate and execute new marketing campaigns.
Bring creative energy to seasonal campaigns, product launches, and referral initiatives.
Stay on top of trends and competitor activity, feeding in new ideas and opportunities.
Reporting & Coordination
Track performance of social and email campaigns using basic analytics tools.
Liaise with the agency to ensure alignment and delivery of overall marketing strategy.
Maintain a content calendar and coordinate assets across teams.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Marketing experience or relevant marketing qualification.
Strong written communication and eye for visual storytelling.
Proactive and organised--able to manage multiple priorities and self-motivate.
Confident using social platforms and email marketing tools.
Creative mindset with a love for the outdoors and adventure.
Nice to Have:
Experience with or interest in adventure travel, mountaineering, trail running, trekking, or skiing.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
Knowledge of influencer outreach or content creator marketing.
Understanding of performance metrics and how to track ROI on marketing efforts.
