Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced, delivery-focused Marketing Executive to join our marketing department at Solarport. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in delivering Solarport's marketing strategy across digital, content, events, and brand initiatives.

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing, but will work collaboratively with sales, product innovation, and external partners to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms as we expand globally.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns promoting Solarport's product solutions and services. Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Conduct competitor and market research to help shape marketing direction.
Content Creation & Brand Management:

Create engaging content for digital channels, including website copy, blogs, social media posts, newsletters, brochures and product materials. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing assets. Develop high-quality marketing collateral such as case studies, product datasheets, presentations and brochures.
Digital Marketing:

Manage and grow Solarport's social media presence across LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Support SEO and website optimisation efforts.
Events & Partnerships:

Assist in the coordination of industry events, exhibitions, tradeshows and webinars. Support partnerships with distributors, installers and the industry associations through co-branded marketing materials and campaigns.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Support company-wide ESG initiatives, reporting, and sustainability projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. Collaborate with the sales, business development and innovation teams to create sales materials and support customer acquisition and retention efforts.

Key Requirements



Degree or HND in Marketing, or relevant discipline 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally with renewable energy, manufacturing or a B2B environment. Strong written communication and content creation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Adobe Platform (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
