About You
As a Marketing Executive, you combine creative flair with strong analytical thinking,?someone who can craft compelling campaigns and dig into the data to see?what's?working. Curious and adaptable,?you're?excited by the idea of working across multiple channels: managing social media and online communities, optimising website content, running email and paid social campaigns, and collaborating with affiliate partners and external agencies.
Comfortable with both data and creative ideas, you ?balance?attention to detail?with a focus on the?bigger picture. You work at pace, stay open to learning new tools and approaches, and enjoy bringing ideas to life as part of a team.?A passion for sustainable travel drives you, and?you're?intrigued by how emerging technologies, including AI, can make marketing smarter and more effective. You also value face-to-face connection and are happy to work from our Brighton office as part of a flexible, hybrid approach.
Core Skills
Minimum 2 years' marketing experience with strong digital?expertise?across multiple channels?gained agency or client-side
Social media campaign and community management experience
Solid understanding of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
Experience?with marketing automation?platforms?(Spotler,?Dotdigital?or similar)
Familiarity with data visualisation tools (PowerBI?or equivalent)
Strong analytical skills: you can interpret data, extract insights, and optimise accordingly
Strong organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines (ideally using tools like Notion or Trello)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging copy across different channels
An eye for design and attention to detail, confident using Canva
Nice to Have
Experience within travel, hospitality, or events
Adobe InDesign,?Photoshop skills
Paid social and display advertising experience
Experience with affiliate marketing
