We're looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Executive to join our team in Bristol. Whether you're a recent graduate or in the early stages of your marketing career, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of marketing across several brands, experiment with new ideas and have a meaningful impact from day one.

The role sits within a small, supportive team where you'll be the go-to person for all things marketing and be provided with the autonomy and freedom to shape our marketing direction.

Who Are We?

Power-Sprays Ltd. is a long-established engineering/manufacturing company based in Avonmouth, Bristol. For the past six decades, we've been the market leader in Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete production technologies, supplying equipment and materials to customers worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied, hands-on role, perfect for a marketing generalist who enjoys learning, experimenting and working across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:

Digital & Content

Updating and managing multiple websites (Power-Sprays, Fibre Technologies, GRC Supplies, Fibratec)

Crafting engaging content: blogs, case studies, social posts and email campaigns

Running and analysing social and email marketing campaigns

Monitoring performance using analytics tools and reporting on results

Creative & Events

Designing marketing materials (digital assets, literature, exhibition stands)

Assisting with international exhibitions, conferences and in-person events

Opportunity to travel abroad as part of our global outreach

You'll have the freedom to try new tools, channels and ideas to discover what best drives results.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Marketing/Business degree (or equivalent)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Creative and analytical thinker

Strong organisational skills

Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or construction (or willingness to learn)

Preferred

1 year of marketing experience

B2B marketing experience

Familiarity with tools such as:

o WordPress

o Google Analytics

o Adobe Creative Suite

o Email marketing platforms (e.g. Zoho Campaigns)

o Social media scheduling tools

What We Offer

25-30k annual salary (DOE)

Profit-related annual bonus (tax-free, payable after >12 months service)

Time in lieu for overtime

20 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing with every year of service, up to 25 days)

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
