Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Marketing Officer and be responsible for the delivery of WS Training's marketing strategy, creating high-quality content and providing day-to-day marketing support across a range of platforms and projects.
Responsibilities
Create, edit, and publish content across a variety of channels, including, but not limited to social media, email campaigns and leaflets.
Take ownership of the platforms you manage, creating and scheduling posts using Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn.
Monitor performance and report on insights to support continuous improvement.
Engage with other accounts on behalf of WS Training as part of the marketing strategy.
Monitor form requests submissions and respond to marketing-related emails.
Support with organising meetings and site-visits for the Marketing Officer.
Organise and maintain marketing documents, permissions, imagery, and other assets.
Provide general marketing and administrative support as required to assist in the smooth delivery of marketing activities across WS Training.
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, maintaining design consistency and creativity using Canva.
Research and draft content for blogs and email campaigns.
Skills
Experience in marketing, content creation, or a related role.
Strong writing and proofreading skills.
Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp, or similar tools.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a proactive approach.
Knowledge of the training or education sector (desirable but not essential).
