Marketing Executive

to take our brand to the next level - both online and on-site.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

This is a diverse, hands-on, and seriously exciting role where you'll be the creative energy behind our presence both in the community and online.

Key responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media:

Capture real-time content during events and evenings (especially weekends!) Create high-quality, engaging visuals and videos for

Instagram, Facebook & TikTok

Plan, design, and post regular campaigns to grow reach and engagement Respond to comments, DMs, and keep our channels buzzing

Website & Digital Updates:

Manage and update posts, promotions, events, and imagery on our

website

Write exciting copy and keep content fresh and aligned with our brand

Event & Community Outreach:

Reach out to local businesses to secure

corporate bookings, private hires, and partnerships

Promote in-house events and entertainment - from quiz nights to live music Be present during events to manage logistics, capture content, and ensure the vibe is on point

Booking & Delivery Platform Management:

Keep third-party platforms like

delivery apps

and

booking partners

updated with menus, promotions, hours, and more Troubleshoot and liaise with platforms when needed

In-House Promotions & Strategy:

Develop ideas for seasonal offers, in-store promotions, and campaigns Create branded assets for screens, posters, and table talkers Monitor analytics, generate insights, and adapt strategy accordingly
Who We're Looking For

You're proactive, creative, and not afraid to get stuck in. You're comfortable juggling content shoots, event planning, outreach emails, and social posts - sometimes all in one day.

You must have:

Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing Social media expertise - especially

Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

Experience updating websites (basic CMS or WordPress knowledge ideal) Confident communication and outreach skills Availability for

evenings and weekends

to support and capture live events Ability to work independently and own the marketing function
A love for music, events, or hospitality is a big plus!
