The company is now entering an exciting period of growth as we work towards enabling our customers to bring advanced therapies to market using state-of-the-art-purification nanofiber-based technology, such as the LentiHero, launched in September 2022.

Primary Function and Purpose:

This role is for a critical team member in a small dynamic marketing team, due to outstanding business growth and a strong product release pipeline we are looking for a Marketing Executive who thrives on working across a multitude of marketing channels, the role is to assist with on-going marketing campaigns across many marketing channels such as events, social media, content creation, advertising, and internal marketing activities. This varied and rewarding role will allow you to strengthen your existing marketing skills whilst also having the opportunity to develop and deepen your skills in new areas of marketing. You have exceptional communication and organisational skills allowing you to take the dynamic nature of this role in your stride.

You will be supported by a management team that believes in marco-management, trust and transparency, who will encourage development of skills and training where required.

Principle Responsibilities: State responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate global events and conferences
  • Support social campaigns and execute through social automation software
  • Maximize marketing results through utilizing campaign data and insights to implement improvements
  • Partner, collaborate and influence with a cross-functional team to drive projects forwards
  • Generate content through cross department collaboration with Product Management, R&D and Design teams
  • Track results of all tactics and report insights, helping to shape the marketing strategy
  • Drive the teams culture of trust, accountability and transparency
Qualifications and/or experience:
  • Experience in events management
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Marketing or scientific degree/diploma desirable
  • Strong copy writing skills
  • Automated social experience desirable and have digital savvy
  • Ability to work using your own initiative working to deadlines
Working Conditions:
  • Remote office position within the Cambridgeshire area and occasional travel to Cambridge office
  • Travel required for events and conferences approx. 25%
