Carbon13 is hiring a Marketing Executive to help us attract and support founders building the next generation of climate tech startups. This is a high-impact role at the heart of the startup ecosystem -- working directly with entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders.



This is not a typical marketing executive role. You'll have the opportunity to:

Build your network in venture capital and climate innovation

Own campaigns across digital, events and partnerships

Gain exposure to founders, investors and corporate partners in climate space

What You'll Be Doing

Lead marketing campaigns to drive applications for our Venture Builder & Accelerator Create content (blogs, social posts, videos, press releases) that tells founder and venture stories Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, YouTube and newsletters Support flagship events, demo days and webinars with founders and investors Work with partners and corporates on co-branded marketing content Analyse performance using HubSpot, LinkedIn & Google Analytics

About You

? 1-3 years' experience in marketing, events or communications (startup or tech advantage)

? Strong copywriting and content creation skills

? Confident managing marketing campaigns end-to-end

? Passionate about climate tech, innovation or venture building

? Bonus: experience with video editing, Canva/Adobe, HubSpot
