Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the B2C market. Manage and coordinate marketing projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Create compelling copy for various marketing materials including brochures, websites, social media posts, and email campaigns. Analyse campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the solar/home improvement industry or B2C sectors. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using Google tools for analytics and campaign management. Excellent copywriting skills with a strong command of English. Ability to analyse data effectively to inform strategic decisions. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in marketing strategies.
