Mitigo are a fast-growing cyber risk management firm looking for a talented and ambitious Marketing Executive. This role is ideal for a Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Assistant ready to take the next step in their career and gain hands-on experience across all areas of B2B marketing.
You'll support the planning and delivery of campaigns, manage social media, assist with email marketing, coordinate events, and create engaging graphics and content. You will also have the opportunity to develop new skills - particularly in video and digital marketing - and take ownership of key areas as you grow.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day LinkedIn activity - sharing content, promoting events and webinars, and tracking engagement and analytics in line with the wider content marketing strategy.
Create on-brand graphics for social media and campaigns using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Deliver multi-channel marketing activity across email, direct, and digital campaigns.
Assist with CRM-based marketing tasks, including building marketing lists and tracking campaign engagement (Salesforce experience desirable).
Produce short-form videos for campaigns, social media, and webinars - from filming, editing, and repurposing content.
Keep website content up to date to ensure pages remain fresh, accurate, and engaging.
Help develop marketing materials - including brochures, one-pagers, and campaign collateral.
Support partner marketing - ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met in line with planned activity.
Coordinate event and webinar logistics - managing all marketing materials and shipping requirements.
Manage branded materials such as business cards, internal templates, and marketing merchandise.
Provide day-to-day marketing and administrative support, including inbox management and campaign coordination.
Experience
Minimum 2 years' marketing experience (e.g. Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator or similar).
Experience in social media management and email marketing.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous).
Good working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating graphics and marketing materials.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn new tools and skills - with a particular willingness to own and develop video marketing capabilities.
Desirable
Basic experience in video editing or creating short-form video content.
Knowledge of digital analytics and reporting.
Experience supporting events and webinars.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
