Job Description

As a Marketing Executive for Marjoram Pubs, you will take a lead role in graphic design for digital & print assets, creating content and managing the social media presence for our seven modern, food lead pubs, creating engaging content alongside overseeing email marketing campaigns, and analysing performance data to refine future efforts.

Working closely with the Marketing & Pub Teams, you will contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and align with our strategic goals.

This is a hybrid role but requires the candidate to travel and work at our sites across Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic design of digital and print assets using Canva & Adobe software Craft, schedule and execute engaging email marketing campaigns. Create engaging video, photographic and graphic design content for social media and websites Design Email marketing mail outs (training provided) Analyse performance metrics to provide insights and optimise future strategies. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement forward-thinking marketing campaigns. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Stay informed on social media and marketing trends to keep our brands ahead of the curve. Administrative duties such as ordering print products from suppliers and importing new contacts into the company database Aiding in implementation of strategic marketing objectives

Requirements:

Must have a driving license and vehicle as will need to travel within our site locations Must be located in Chelmsford or within 10 mile radius of CM3 postcode Creative skills in photography, videography and graphic design necessary Experience in a creative marketing role Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management abilities
