Role overview:

Content Strategy*- Create compelling content for email marketing, blogs, PR, and promotional materials that drive engagement and conversions.

Website Management- Ensure website content is accurate, engaging, and optimised for lead generation and user experience.

Email Marketing- Develop, execute, and track email marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to improve effectiveness.

Social Media Growth- Manage and enhance social media platforms to boost brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.

Marketing Collateral*- Maintain and update key marketing materials, including information packs, user guides, and agreements.

Performance Reporting- Coordinate and produce data-driven reports on marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.

Customer Advocacy- Collect case studies, testimonials, and customer reviews to showcase success stories and build brand credibility.

Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role at least 2 years Ideal experience within an SME Excellent copywriting skills.
