We are seeking a

Marketing Executive - Generalist Role

with a minimum of

5 years of experience

. This is a hands-on, versatile position for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and excels at managing multiple aspects of marketing, from digital strategy to event execution.

Your Role:

As our

Marketing Executive

, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategies, driving brand engagement, and ensuring our presence at key industry events. Your responsibilities will include:

Digital Marketing

: Crafting and managing effective social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand visibility. Updating and optimising the company website to ensure it reflects the latest industry trends and provides an excellent user experience.
Developing diverse content (e.g., blogs, videos, email campaigns) tailored to a global clinician audience.

Events and Exhibitions

: Planning and executing local and international events and exhibitions to showcase our products and innovations. Representing

The Simulator Company Ltd.

at conferences and exhibitions, building relationships and elevating our industry presence.

Strategic and Operational Support

: Monitoring marketing performance metrics, managing budgets, and reporting on KPIs. Building and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Supporting the team with additional tasks, showcasing flexibility and a proactive approach.

What You Bring:

Experience

: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to diverse responsibilities, including digital strategy and event management.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills

: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, content creation, and social media tools. Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus. Strong organisational, communication, and storytelling skills. An ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt.
