An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the marketing team at Aspray Limited. Bringing your creative flair, you will have strong content creation and video editing skills and the ability to build strong relationships with various key stakeholders.

Aspray is an award-winning franchise network that manages property damage insurance claims nationwide. As well as building the brand at a national level, the marketing team also work with our franchisees to build and promote their businesses locally.

This is a highly diverse role perfect for a current marketing executive, marketing assistant looking to progress or graphic designer looking to move into the marketing field. As part of a growing company, you will have the opportunity to get stuck into various elements of both digital and traditional marketing channels aiding both lead generation and long term growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Video creation for use across the company website and social media Managing various company social media platforms including content planning, creation, and monitoring with a look to growing engagement with key stakeholders Creating and posting blog posts and articles on the company's website and social media pages in line with the SEO strategy Contributing to lead generation and brand awareness strategies at both a national and local level Managing the marketing database and email distribution Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and posters Liaising with printers and managing orders Working closely with our franchise network to build campaigns, create bespoke content and monitor results Training our network of franchisees on various social media and other digital marketing platforms when needed Event and exhibition planning, including promotional activity and on occasion attendance at these offsite events Sourcing advertisement opportunities across digital, print, OOH and social media channels Creating and managing paid ads across social media as well implementing these across the franchise network

Key Skills and Experience:



Previous experience in a marketing or content creation role

Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design or similar is preferred

Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Canva or similar systems.

Excellent knowledge of Premier Pro, After Effects or other similar video editing software

Experience with reporting software such as GA4, SEMrush and Lookers Studio is preferred

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Creative/design flair, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4:30pm. Some out of hours may be required for events and exhibitions from time to time. This role is fully office based at our head office in Darwen, Lancashire.

Annual leave:

20 days plus 8 bank holidays rising by 1 day each year after 2 years' service to a maximum of 25 days plus bank holidays.
