About the Role:

At Hakim Group, we're on the lookout for a talented and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for marketing, love working collaboratively, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to make an impact.


You'll work closely with our small, supportive, and creative in-house design team and key stakeholders to shape and deliver engaging marketing assets that drive our brand forward.

This is a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work both from our Darwen HQ (BB3 1AE) and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with practice partners, internal teams, and external providers to develop and execute local marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience Work alongside the small, supportive, and creative design team to create marketing assets, including POS materials, graphics, window campaigns, new product branding, and local advertising Brief in creative concepts and ensure they align with the local marketing calendar Support the onboarding process for new businesses joining the group, ensuring a smooth integration with our marketing strategies Conduct regular benchmarking activities, presenting key findings to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement Take ownership of individual projects, using your initiative to manage tasks and ensure timely delivery

The ideal candidate:

A creative, customer-focused marketing professional with strong communication skills A marketing qualification, with proven industry experience Ideally, experience within the optics, retail, or healthcare industry Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A proactive and ambitious individual who is excited to contribute to the success and growth of the Hakim Group
