Role overview

We're looking for a proactive and well-organised

Marketing Executive

to support the delivery of our

Focus Washrooms marketing programme

. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines digital and traditional marketing activity, helping to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across key sectors. You'll work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and Focus Washrooms team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and update website content (Squarespace), ensuring regular publication of case studies and continued SEO improvement. Manage and optimise ongoing PPC campaigns, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to enhance results. Coordinate and produce targeted physical mailshots, including design and artwork creation. Assist in planning, filming and editing video content to support marketing campaigns and website content. Keep corporate stationery, brochures and other printed collateral up to date, ensuring consistency across all materials. Oversee updates and enhancements to the interactive washroom visualiser on the website. Support the preparation and delivery of exhibitions. Assist in developing and maintaining a sales enablement platform, ensuring the sales team has quick access to up-to-date marketing resources.

You'll be a motivated and detail-focused marketer with a balance of creativity and technical understanding. You'll take pride in delivering well-executed campaigns and enjoy working collaboratively within a small, fast-paced team environment.

Essential skills and experience:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Interest or experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and content management. Interest or confidence in producing engaging written and visual content. Proficiency in typical marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Analytics, Squarespace, Adobe Suite). A flexible and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively both in-office, remotely and on-site with customers.

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
