At T H White we're looking for a Marketing Executive who can turn ideas into impact across three of our group companies. You don't need prior machinery knowledge, instead just an interest in niche technology that matches your marketing passion. We'll help you learn the products.
This role offers great variety, breadth and long-term development. You'll primarily support our Machinery Imports division, with lighter touch marketing support across two further specialist areas of our group; Energy, Fire & Security (EFS) and Projects.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week.
There may be some flexibility for a reduced hours contract for the correct candidate.
This role is site based in Devizes, Wiltshire.
Key Duties will Include:
You'll create impactful campaigns that boost market penetration and support sales growth, helping our dealer network sell to their end customers. Our Marketing Executive will partner with our own sales team and external dealers to build reach, generate demand, and improve market penetration across our machinery imports brands for both current and in-coming stock.
Manage and update the company website and social media channels.
Develop marketing calendars, dealer newsletters, case studies, co-branded campaigns and educational content.
Create engaging content across video, photography, and copy for promotions and social media.
Produce core marketing literature including price lists, flyers, and sales aids.
Support event management for trade shows and dealer demo days.
Develop paid advertising and promotional strategies across Google and social media.
Collaborate with dealers to maximise product exposure and communicate offers.
The Ideal Applicant:
Demonstrable experience in a similar marketing role (either client or agency side).
Confident building and posting social content and developing paid campaigns.
Experience in making and editing promotional videos.
Production minded with knowledge of brand guidelines and print workflows.
Strong influencing skills.
Highly organised, adept at managing deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
Knowledge of WordPress and content management system and SEO.
Driving licence and willingness to visit conferences, external customers and suppliers when required.
Ideally an interest in niche machinery and technology.
This is a site based role in Devizes, Wiltshire, therefore candidates should reside within a reasonable commute.
