Summary



The Marketing Department is looking for a talented individual to help them develop and promote the Key IVR brand in new and exciting ways, producing engaging content that generates inbound business-to-business (B2B) opportunities. The team also supports other departments in achieving the organisation's ambitious growth and sales objectives.

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and creative thinker to work with an international team of skilled Marketers, gaining valuable experience across a variety of channels.

Location: Hybrid position at the Doncaster, UK office, after an initial probation period.

Responsibilities



Support the delivery of the Marketing Plan, scheduling activity, and creating innovative ideas that will help generate high-quality leads Create and support the wider Marketing team with engaging content for online and offline use, including articles, blog posts, guides, and case studies Manage social media channels and support both organic and paid campaign strategies to boost engagement Contribute to our events plan, supporting tradeshow exhibitions, conferences, webinars and podcasts Review existing marketing content and brand presence, keeping it updated as the organisation grows, in line with SEO and AI search trends Supporting employer branding to promote the business to our current and future team members Ensure sales collateral is accurate and our brand image is consistent Report on the effectiveness of campaign activity and suggest improvements Competitor and market research Provide the Partner team with marketing support and content Help deliver a range of internal communications and internal employee engagement activities.

Essential Skills:



2+ years of hands-on Marketing experience. Candidates with slightly less experience who can demonstrate strong skills and a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply Excellent English copywriting skills Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, with excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills Experience with marketing campaign management tools Resourceful and able to prioritise workloads, including multiple projects across different channels and departments

Desirable Skills:



WordPress or CMS website knowledge Email marketing tools (E.g. Mailchimp) Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite or similar (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro) SEO and PPC experience A/B Testing Person Specification: High level of communication skills with the ability to share ideas, opinions and concerns Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail Smart and professional appearance Digitally savvy and genuinely interested in keeping abreast of the latest marketing and digital developments
