We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join a lovely family orientated brand that is growing rapidly with over 60 sites and more to come! You will join a vibrant Marketing team of 5 supporting with the local marketing plan for new franchises design and implement marketing content and communications (including social and web) collaborate with the digital agency and support with and attend events. If you have experience in a similar Local Marketing position and have worked within a franchise we would love to hear from you!

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

• Be the POC for franchise network for marketing advice and support
• Create and manage the marketing plan for new franchises from build phase to opening driving enquiries that allow franchises to achieve business objectives
• Monitor digital marketing performance building awareness and drive leads through the digital marketing agency that will support with PPC SEO Paid Social and Digital PR
• Provide regular updates on impact of marketing activity
• Attend marketing meetings both F2F and virtually with franchisees to present the marketing plan for their site and provide updates on the marketing campaigns that are being delivered
• Assist with general preparation for nursery launch events and attend when required
• Manage marketing requests from stakeholders and general network onto Trello including design of marketing communications web updates
• Support with content creation across social media channels delivering against the strategy and providing support to local sites to develop their own social channels
• Ensure communications align with the overall brand identity and guidelines
• Assist with campaign reporting on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis
• Assist with internal comms and events collaborating with Head Office partners

Experience you\xe2\x80\x99ll need

• Experience in a similar Marketing Executive role focused on local marketing experience within a franchise environment or account management within a marketing agency is highly advantageous
• Ability to build successful local marketing plans
• Experience managing development of marcoms with support of agency
• Understanding of SEO PPC and paid social
• Ability to build reports and provide insights and recommendation
• Must be able to commute to occasional marketing meetings and site visits
