Job Description

Description

---------------

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Travel Retail West to appoint a Marketing Executive for the Estee Lauder brand. The role will report to Regional Marketing Manager, and is based in our London office, with a hybrid working model (3 days in-office).

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in bringing the Estee Lauder brand strategy to life in Travel Retail. Supporting both Consumer and Product Marketing activities, you will be instrumental in Go-To-Market execution: ensuring launches, activations, and retail experiences are delivered with excellence, on time, and in full. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full marketing mix, from campaign execution and forecasting to digital activation and commercial reporting, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Demand Planning, Visual Merchandising, Education, and Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Execution & Retail Activation

Support the Regional Marketing Manager and Product Manager in delivering end-to-end Go-To-Market execution for launches and hero campaigns across Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance. Coordinate 360 campaign deliverables, ensuring the timely rollout of in-store activations, visibility assets, and online support plans. Own executional elements of collateral production (showcards, shelf talkers, digital screens, and eventing materials), ensuring brand consistency. Manage on-counter eventing from planning through to execution, collaborating with Education and VM teams to deliver exceptional consumer experiences. Support in creating launch packs to brief Sales, Beauty Advisors, and Field teams on new Go-To-Market plans. Support with activation post-campaign analysis, tracking performance, competitive activity, and learnings to strengthen future activations. Support accurate marketing spend management through ownership of the PO process and budget tracking. Assist in the preparation of brand meetings and internal presentations, ensuring all updates and materials are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Product Management & Forecasting

Partner with Product Managers and Demand Planning to ensure accurate forecasting and calendarization of non-saleable materials (samples, GWPs, collateral). Monitor supply availability and highlight out-of-stock (OOS) issues, along with management of allocation tracking with the Sales team on a bi-weekly basis. Develop usage plans for excess GWPs and stock to drive strong sales results.

Digital, PR & Communications

Support digital campaign management, including asset creation, approvals, and performance tracking. Assist in the execution of PR and Communications initiatives, providing strategic input and ensuring alignment with brand storytelling and regional priorities. Coordinate content for the Monthly Retailer Social Calendar, ensuring consistent messaging and amplification of brand campaigns. Support the activation and reporting of Retailer Loyalty Programmes, ensuring alignment with commercial and marketing objectives.

Inflight Coordination

Support the Product Manager with inflight business end-to-end from assortment planning and presentation preparation to advertising and artwork supply.

Reporting & Insights

Deliver regular reporting and insights to track brand, campaign, and commercial performance, ensuring visibility of results and continuous improvement opportunities. Conduct competitive intelligence on new launches, TREX offers, and activation performance across the region. Provide budget and collateral shipment tracking reports to support accurate marketing spend management.
