What You'll Be Doing
:
We're a small team and so at times everyone has to be prepared to get stuck into a bit of everything, but your core areas of this job will include involvement with organic social media, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, managing customer enquiries and assisting with photoshoots.
Organic Social Media:
Help to curate and deliver our organic social media content plan with the core focus of driving engagement and reach. You'll have your finger on the pulse of all things new in social media, and be quick to trial new and emerging channels, platform functions and trends that will work well for our brand. You'll also film content for TikTok and Instagram and participate in out-of-hours manual content posting during some evenings and weekends (with allowance).
Community:
Manage and respond to all customer emails, social media messages and Trustpilot reviews.
Copywriting:
Have excellent grammar for responding to customer enquiries over email, producing engaging social media captions and interesting, on-brand product descriptions on the website.
Brand Partnerships and Influencer Collaborations:
Maintain existing relationships with brands and content creators and find new well-fitting collaboration opportunities.
Photoshoots:
Help source props, organise locations, models and all other logistics for our photoshoots.
Wider business projects and assistance:
Be happy to jump into other areas of the business when required to help out, such as packing orders, when our Operations Assistant is on annual leave.
Required skills & experience:
Appreciation for the countryside
Creative and confident copy writer
Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills
(Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Creative,
have a natural flair for design and creating aesthetic and engaging content.
Can easily and confidently
capture engaging videos for social media.
Experience working worth with influencers.
Clear understanding of
current social media trends

Excellent
attention to detail
.
Organised - can easily juggle a few different
UK driving licence - access to a car is beneficial.

Hours
Full time (37.5 hours a week). Monday - Friday.
Due to the nature of the role, you will participate in some out-of-hours manual social media content posting during some evenings and weekends (with allowance).
