The Role:
At Little's, we operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. As a Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving brand growth and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be to position Scotland as the ultimate destination for luxury chauffeur-driven services, working closely with key sectors including corporate and leisure clients.
We are looking for an experienced, creative and dedicated marketing professional to join our team. You will be supporting our Head of Sales & Marketing to manage marketing initiatives to underpin the growth of the business; social media, email marketing, designing client proposals and more in between. You will also be the connection between Little's and the agencies we use, managing those relationships and ensuring projects are completed to time and budget.
Your position is office based, in Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Help organise and promote company events and exhibitions
Maintain and update proposals and sales materials
Post regularly and engage with audiences on social media channels
Organise and attend content creation days (e.g., filming, photography)
Support ongoing B-Corp certification activities and sustainability initiatives
Prepare and submit entries for industry awards
Write and distribute regular newsletters for internal and external audiences
Develop marketing plans targeting key sectors (e.g., hotels, entertainment, leisure agents)
Design and distribute client-facing and internal communications
Support senior marketing staff with administrative tasks and project coordination
Manage weekly PA tasks and diary management for the Managing Director
The Person:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a variety of tasks at once. You'll be someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong creative eye, and a genuine passion for brand storytelling. You should be comfortable managing digital platforms, especially social media, and have experience creating engaging content across channels. A strong sense of initiative and the ability to plan and prioritise effectively are essential, along with a keen interest in sustainability and brand reputation. You'll be organised, resourceful, and happy to get involved in both strategic planning and hands-on tasks -- from writing proposals to sourcing branded merchandise and updating websites. Experience with internal communications, campaign planning, and managing award submissions is a plus.
A business, marketing or communications degree or qualification desired

Your core working hours will be Monday - Friday with the expectation that you will be flexible with your time depending on the needs of the business..
