The Role



As

Marketing Executive

, you will be responsible for all scheduling across 13 venues, supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement and boost attendance across all venues. This is a hands-on role suited to a creative, yet analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities



Roller Scheduling (Booking Software)

- Champion and primary contact for our booking software, take the lead on all scheduling activities and liaising with the venues and events colleagues to plan all scheduling, at least 3 months in advance at all times.

Email Marketing

- planning, creating and sending email communications to our customer database and monitoring results.

Website Maintenance

- Be the liaison point between our website hosts and ensure our websites are effective in terms of user experience, latest imagery and any ongoing maintenance/ changes required to any layout, offers etc...

Graphic Design

- Be the contact point for our graphic designer and work with them to audit and improve all content, creating a library of images that can be used across the Group, including signage, posters and videos.

Stock Ordering

- ordering and managing the distribution of all party stock and promotional materials, ensuring availability and cost efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting

- monitoring campaign performance, customer insights, and sales trends to guide effective decision making.

Promotions & Campaigns

- designing and implementing promotions to increase footfall and drive revenue.

Brand Management

- ensuring consistency across all venues in branding, messaging, and customer communication. This will involve regular auditing across all sites, including occasional travel to England.

Collaboration

- working with venue managers to align marketing activity with operational needs.

Customer Engagement

- ensuring all marketing activity drives loyalty, repeat visits, and positive customer experiences.

About You



We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in marketing (preferably within leisure, hospitality, or retail). Proficient in digital marketing platforms including social media tools, email and analytics software. A creative thinker with strong written and visual communication skills. Shows attention to detail and precision in all customer communication. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once. Confident analysing data to influence future decisions. Microsoft Office Proficiency including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Flexible and hands-on, with a "can-do" approach to problem solving and a team-player.
