We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Marketing Executive with strong visual design skills and confident copywriting ability to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is creatively driven, commercially aware, and comfortable working across multiple brands and industries.
You must be fluent in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Lightroom experience is preferred but not essential. This is non negotiable. Applicants who rely solely on Canva will not be considered.
Your day to day work will involve creating high quality marketing assets across digital channels, including email marketing campaigns, social media content, website creatives, paid advertising visuals, and wider marketing materials. You will be expected to think beyond design alone, understanding how visuals and messaging work together to drive engagement and results.
We work with a wide range of clients, so your creative style must be adaptable. You must be able to interpret brand guidelines accurately while also bringing fresh ideas and creative direction when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce high quality creative assets for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
Create complete email marketing campaigns including layout, graphics, and written content
Design website creatives such as banners, headers, feature sections, and promotional visuals
Produce ad creatives for paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and branded documents
Write clear, engaging, and on brand copy for marketing campaigns and digital content
Adapt design styles to suit different client brands while maintaining consistency and quality
Follow and apply brand guidelines accurately across all creative output
Collaborate with the wider team to plan campaigns, brainstorm ideas, and meet deadlines
Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail and creative standards
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Executive, or similar role
Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
Confident copywriting skills with the ability to tailor tone of voice per brand
Experience creating digital marketing content across multiple platforms
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
Experience with email marketing platforms, basic marketing strategy, or analytics is beneficial but not essential.
