Pantera Property is an independent property consultancy and surveying practice, recognised by the RICS, established in 2016.

With offices in Harrogate, Yorkshire and London, we provide an extensive range of consultancy services for clients across multiple sectors nationwide.

In 2024, we expanded with the launch of Pantera Asset Management, supporting property professionals in the distressed and unoccupied building sector. Our mission is to help clients protect, manage, and realise value in their property assets.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing team - the first dedicated marketing role within the business. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of the marketing function and make a real impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience(s), and support business growth. You'll work closely with the leadership team, but you'll also have the autonomy to bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage and grow our social media presence (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram).

? Create engaging blogs and news content for our website.

? Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.

? Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform content and campaigns.
Design and update marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.

? Build and maintain a client/prospect database for marketing purposes.
Create and distribute a monthly newsletter.

? Support ad-hoc marketing projects as the business develops.

Requirements

? 2+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within professional services, property, or a B2B environment

? Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

? Strong design skills with Canva; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite desirable.

? Confident use of Microsoft Office programmes.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.

? Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

? Interest in the property sector is a plus, but not essential.
