We are seeking a proactive and organised
Marketing Executive
to help plan and deliver our outbound marketing activities, manage our website content, and coordinate campaigns through HubSpot. This role focuses on structured marketing execution and campaign management rather than creative design.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Execution:
Support the development and delivery of the company's marketing plan to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Outbound Campaigns:
Plan, build, and execute outbound email and digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub. Track and report performance metrics.
Website Management:
Maintain and update website content, ensuring product pages, case studies, and news items are accurate and optimised for SEO. Coordinate with external web partners where needed.
Content Coordination:
Source, brief, and manage content creation (e.g. product updates, news, technical articles) in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
CRM & Database Management:
Manage and segment contact lists within HubSpot to ensure accurate targeting and compliance with data protection standards.
Event & Campaign Support:
Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyse marketing performance data to support continuous improvement of campaigns and website performance.
About You
We are looking for an individual with a structured, practical approach to marketing execution. You will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working on multiple projects in parallel.
Essential Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Either:
o 2+ years of experience in a marketing role
or
o A marketing-specific degree with strong evidence of relevant skills or internship experience
Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
Good understanding of website content management and SEO principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Desirable:
Experience in B2B or technical/industrial marketing
Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools
Basic understanding of HTML or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
