We\xe2\x80\x99re recruiting for this Marketing Exec position, on a full time and permanent basis, for a growing business in Chesham.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to support with the growth and success of the UK marketing function for the business. As part of this role you will be working closely alongside the Marketing Manager assisting with the rollout of their marketing strategies.

We need someone that can work independently and wants a role where you have your own responsibilities and want to be trusted, as you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the chance to take ownership of the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media & email channels, getting involved in content creation and being responsible for maintaining the company website\xe2\x80\xa6 and so much more!

You\xe2\x80\x99d be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. This company offer a number of fantastic benefits including a 4% bonus opportunity per quarter based on company targets, an excellent pension scheme and more. The company also do have free parking on site and offer 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

Please note occasional travel will also be required for this position, you will have the opportunity for both UK and international travel.

This position is paying between \xc2\xa328K to \xc2\xa330K dependant on experience and is fully office-based in Chesham.

Duties include:

  • Ensure that all communications are in line with the brand strategy and desired brand positioning.
  • Setting goals, monitoring performance and informing the strategy for social media and email channels.
  • Manage the asset library and respond to all customer image and asset requests.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube etc.
  • Create and manage content for regular email newsletters and work on retention and segmentation.
  • Manage and develop the communications programme using CRM system (SuperOffice).
  • Work closely with internal UK stakeholders to provide timely reports, campaign updates and communications; global marketing team, UK sales office, UK field sales team, and UK distributors.
  • Cooperation with the global marketing department, working to localise global content and align marketing plans.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with the creation and evolution of the comms and content calendars.
  • Support with the development and procurement of promotions, POS and sales material where needed.
  • Support PR activity through approving print features, blog posts and written case studies.
  • Support with planning, co-ordinating and executing exhibitions, shows and customer trade days.
  • Support with budget management; raising PO\xe2\x80\x99s, sharing invoices and arranging payments.
  • Work alongside a digital marketing agency and a PR agency to deliver relevant projects.
Candidate requirements:
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing competence
  • Outstanding communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of briefing and working with external agencies or third-party contractors.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage your own time efficiently.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, WordPress, CRM systems and email development tools e.g. MailChimp.
  • Experience working in a small-medium business.
  • Full, clean driving license \xe2\x80\x93 travelling around UK may be required.
  • Passport and OK with flying \xe2\x80\x93 this would be on a very adhoc basis.
