We are now seeking a Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and data-driven marketer with skills in content creation, digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, design, and video editing.

Role Summary



As Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. You'll have the chance to take ownership of campaigns, test new ideas, and influence strategy -- making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress into a senior marketing role in the future.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, website, PPC, SEO). Produce engaging written, visual, and video content that resonates with different audiences. Design and edit graphics, digital assets, and promotional videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Implement and monitor SEO strategies, staying up to date with algorithm changes and industry best practice. Manage, optimise, and report on paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms). Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights, making recommendations to improve ROI. Contribute to brand development and ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints. Support the wider team with new product launches, events, and brand-building projects. Bring fresh ideas to the table and contribute to shaping long-term marketing strategy.

You'll be a creative, hands-on marketer who enjoys balancing design, content, and data-driven decision-making. You'll have the confidence to manage campaigns end-to-end, while also being a team player who collaborates well with others.

Essential Skills & Experience



Previous experience in a marketing executive, digital marketing, or content marketing role. Proven ability in content creation, design, and video editing. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices with hands-on experience. Experience managing and optimising paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or equivalent). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency with marketing and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager).

Desirable Skills



Experience within consumer products, leisure and lifestyle in both B2c and B2b. Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms.

What We Offer



Salary: 27,000 - 35,000 per annum (depending on experience). 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday). 31 days paid annual leave (inc bank holidays) Hybrid working option on completion of trial period.
