The Role:
As our Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand and helping us reach more professional & Commercial Bakers. This hybrid role, based in Leeds, is ideal for a commercially savvy marketeer with at least one years' of B2B marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities
:
Generate, implement, and lead marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision and goals
Conduct research and analyse data to identify future trend opportunities.
Coordinate promotional activities and events to drive both customer engagement and sales
Manage and produce multimedia content (videos, graphics, etc).
Write and proof blogs, flyers, and social media posts.
Maintain and optimise the Bfp website, while tracking data analytics to improve performance
Manage social media campaigns, ensuring our voice and tone are consistent across all platforms and true to our brand guidelines.
Report on the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary based on insights gained
Collaborate with our suppliers to market new product developments (NPD) and leverage their product expertise to deliver compelling product campaigns.
Generate marketing income through strategic partnerships, supplier collaborations, and promotional opportunities
Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and on-page optimisation.
Assist in the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and assisting in exhibitions.
About you:
Minimum of 1 years' of B2B marketing experience.
A marketing qualification such as a degree of a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) diploma is required.
Commercially savvy with a proven ability to drive sales, generate income and build brand positioning.
Excellent copywriting skills with experience in creating engaging content for various mediums
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver under deadlines
Shopify experience (desired but not essential)
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of Adobe suit including Illustrator & Photoshop (desired but not essential)
Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva.

Salary: OTE 24,000 - 30,000 per year (Dependant on previous experience) Including company bonus
