New position to add to our growing business and team!

At CODE we design, build, rent and manage student accommodation, with an extensive property portfolio in Leicester and Coventry and strong growth plans across the UK. We're a family run business, with ambitious expansion targets and you'll be a key part of driving the business moving forward.

Joining our growing sales and marketing team you will be passionate, show creative flair and have a proven record of planning, delivering and creating great content.

Able to plan and deliver video, imagery and written content - as well as other marketing tasks, such as replying to social media DMs, editing our website or designing leaflets and posters.

You will be able to demonstrate:

A degree in Marketing, or equivalent vocational qualification or equivalent experience Recent experience of working in a busy communications/marketing team Experience of managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content and engaging with the social media community Good IT skills, including ability to use digital software (ideally Photoshop, Premier Pro, Eventbrite, and experience of using a CMS) Experience of Google Analytics is an advantage.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm - working occasional weekends and evenings around events and open days.
