SafeSmart Access UK is looking for a self-driven individual to lead marketing efforts for the UK branch. This is a varied and strategic role in a fast-growing, global business, offering exceptional career progression and the potential opportunity to build your own team in the near future.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a thriving pipeline of marketing content: Social Media (LinkedIn), EDMs, Blogs, Videos, Case Studies, and Resources.
Develop and execute the digital strategy, including hands-on management or deep functional knowledge of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns.
Effectively manage external agencies responsible for SEO.
Execute campaigns and product promotions across print and digital channels, including the creation of print and marketing collateral.
Plan, coordinate, and execute all UK-based events, including exhibitions and owned-events.
Manage marketing planning, budgeting, and monthly reporting to the global team.
Collaborate with the sales team to create presentations, sales collateral, proposals, and customer catalogues.
Stay up to date with marketing and digital movements, such as the application of AI, and advise the business on relevant technology adoption.
Track and report performance metrics using CRM and website analytics.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in a broad marketing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with strong project and time management abilities
Confident in independently managing projects from concept to delivery
Understanding of SEO principles and ability to work with external SEO agencies on technical and on-page optimisation
Familiarity with Wordpress and Elementor for website maintenance (beneficial but not essential)
HubSpot CRM experience (preferred)
Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator experience (preferred)
Comfortable working with graphic designers and providing clear briefs
Proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond, especially around events or key deadlines
