The Titanic Hotel Liverpool is a truly remarkable destination that celebrates the restoration of one of the city's most historic and iconic buildings. Set within a World Heritage Site, the hotel forms part of the stunning Stanley Dock Village development, overlooking the calm waters of Stanley Dock. Combining impressive scale, exceptional service, and distinctive style, the hotel offers 153 beautifully appointed bedrooms, The Rum Warehouse with capacity for up to 800 guests, the luxurious Maya Blue Wellness Centre, and Stanley's Restaurant & Bar, where guests can enjoy locally inspired cuisine in an unforgettable waterfront setting.

We currently have an extremely exciting new role as Marketing Executive. We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to fulfil this role and join our Titanic team.

This role will report directly to the Revenue Manager of the Hotel and a line of reporting to the Group Marketing Manager for the company.

Key Responsibilities of the role



A strong communicator is required to help drive marketing activity and act as the voice of Titanic Hotel Liverpool, working collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure cohesive and consistent results.

Create engaging content across all social media channels in conjunction with the marketing and PR agency, as well as external content creators. Ensure all content reflects the brand voice of the property, encouraging and responding to engagement across platforms, including management of inboxes.

Assist with key events within the hotel and the surrounding area, capturing live content for social platforms. Please note, this may occasionally require weekend work in order to capture event activity.

Support the Revenue Manager and Group Marketing Manager in preparing purchase orders as required.

Manage daily review sites using the Revinate CRM system.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting marketing activity and demonstrating commercial ROI.

Regularly update website content, including imagery, written copy, and promotional material, via the website CMS. Ensure all updates align with brand guidelines and maintain full functionality in partnership with the web host company.

Prepare, design, and distribute email campaigns through the CRM system, in line with the communications calendar.

Assist in the design and coordination of marketing collateral (both digital and print) in collaboration with the company's Graphic Designer.

Support the management of third-party relationships, including PR agencies, design and print suppliers, advertising publications, and digital marketing agencies.

Contribute to the creation of press content, coordinate the distribution of press releases, and assist in the organisation of press and familiarisation trips, as well as other PR activities in collaboration with key partners.

Maintain and update all listings and online profiles across third-party sites and search engines.

Provide general office administration and ad-hoc marketing support as required.

Participate in the planning and execution of photo shoots alongside the Group Marketing Manager.

Assist in the planning, preparation, and compilation of the annual Sales and Marketing Plan.

Attend weekly meetings with the Revenue Manager, weekly calls with the Group Marketing Manager, and monthly Marketing and PR calls.

The successful applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within Hotels. Please only apply if you have the specified experience and qualifications. You must also have the legal right to work with in the UK.
