Marketing Executive - B2B Conferences & Events

London - Hybrid working, 3 days onsite at the office

Jackson Barnes Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a Global conference & events company to recruit an Events Marketing Executive into their London office. This role sits in a marketing team that creates and produces a growing portfolio of large scale business conferences and exhibitions held in the UK, Europe and Internationally.

The Events Marketing Executive role

The Marketing Executive will work alongside the Marketing Managers to assist in delivering the event marketing campaigns. The marketing campaigns aim to create awareness of the events, generate leads for the sales team, and direct bookings.

• Supporting the Marketing Manager across all marketing channels including emails, social media, partners and more
• Managing the social media campaign (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook)
• Liaising with the event Partners and Associations and executing the deliverables of a partnership
• Creating brand related graphics
• Analysing data and campaigns (Google, emails, socials)
• Keep the event website updated and fresh
• Marketing admin and keep the CRM updated
• Working collaboratively with the event project team
• Travel may be required to assist in running events onsite

Your background

• A degree in Marketing, psychology or Business would be advantageous
• Demonstrable marketing expertise
• A skilled communicator
• Highly effective time management, organisation and multitasking skills, capable of prioritising work and managing multiple projects at once
• Can analyse results and track their success
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive approach to learning and applying new marketing processes and methodologies
• Focused on self-development, eager to learn
• Self-driven, enthusiastic and reliable
