Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is pivotal in driving our B2B marketing strategies, enhancing our online presence through SEO, and leveraging tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite to create impactful marketing materials.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Manage and coordinate various marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website. Analyse marketing data using Excel and Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Collaborating on the implementation of the practice's marketing strategy and content marketing plan to strengthen the relationship with existing clients and attracts prospective new clients; Manage the practice's brand presence across approved channels including the website, socials, search and print; Create and maintain adverts and advertising material, including the distribution to clients and new prospects; Creating and interpreting a variety of reports within Salesforce, a key focus on key marketing campaigns; Organising and planning the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers and other involved parties. Work closely with the rest of the marketing department to develop bespoke campaigns to relevant prospects.
Social Media Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. Create compelling social media content (text, images, videos) across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.). Manage and monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Analyse social media performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Using social media to build relationships with potential clients;
Other Business:

Overseeing smaller projects across various businesses Coordinating with our remote creative team Proofreading and Quality Assuring client facing documents Preparing SOPs for our remote team Coordinating cross-functional resources, ensuring all dependencies are identified and managed

Experience



2 years of marketing experience required; 2 years of agency experience preferred Solid understanding of the marketing funnel, branding and web design project phases Solid understanding of marketing automations Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with SEO techniques and tools to enhance online visibility. Experience using Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing marketing materials is an advantage. Good level of IT literacy is essential, as you'll be required to document your sales activity and pipelines in a CRM system Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
