The Opportunity
Role
The brand, marketing and digital team supports the firm's strategy by accelerating our reputation to that of a world class professional services business. Our aim is to enrich client relationships with bold targeted, insightful and concise campaigns that differentiate us from our competitors and ultimately create an environment for referrals.
This role requires an ambitious and enthusiastic marketer with a commitment to producing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns. The individual will need to be highly organised and an effective communicator and motivator who can work well under pressure, whilst being able to work proactively using their own initiative. The individual should be a strong communicator with a desire to learn and develop by rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck into a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be required to:
Support the Business Development Lead for Marketing to develop and execute global marketing campaigns. Supporting the end-to-end execution of global campaigns aligned to the firm's content strategy including creation and overseeing the execution of marketing activity plans.
Creation of social media schedules for global campaigns including writing posts, liaising with design to create visual assets and working closely with the digital team to post and record engagement.
Target and segment client communications, working closely with our InterAction and Digital teams to create mailing lists and draft content for e-bulletins and interactive content for latest thinking articles.
Contribute to the development of marketing plans by conducting competitor research and analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with wider Business Development, Digital, Design, Events, and Communications teams, including agencies to ensure effective implementation of marketing programmes.
Write, edit and proof-read content for printed and electronic materials including video and podcast scripts.
Manage social media presence aligned to priority campaigns.
Work closely with our client database team to ensure our communications are targeted and segmented by audience.
Enable the timely and accurate reporting of campaign data and client interactions as required.
Be a brand ambassador for all communications and provide guidance and training where appropriate.
Relationship management duties with external agencies when required to ensure assets are delivered on time and are brand compliant.
Actively source and share knowledge with the wider Brand, Marketing and Digital team through internal and external best practice examples.
Project manage, support and provide updates at campaign meetings with key stakeholders.
Support marketing team management of accounts - ensure regular touch points on updates of spend.
Have a hands-on approach to the day-to-day running of marketing activities, responding to a wide range of marketing-related enquiries and acting as a helpful point of contact for stakeholders such as Partners, Associates, Professional Support Lawyers, PAs, and Business Development Specialists.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience
CIM qualified or a Bachelor's degree desirable but not a requirement, preferably in marketing or communications.
A minimum of 3 years marketing experience. Prior experience in financial services, or a professional services organisation is a plus.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across a complex business.
Energetic, personable, team player with a flexible, "can do" attitude.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle numerous commitments at any one time whilst ensuring attention to detail.
Multi-tasker with the ability to switch seamlessly between analytical and creative tasks.
