Marketing Executive

to join our team and help drive impactful and measurable campaigns across multiple channels. As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and assets. You'll work closely with the Marketing Campaigns Manager and report to the Marketing Director. This role requires a blend of creativity, organisation, and analytical thinking, with a strong foundation in B2B marketing.


Responsibilities




Campaign support & project delivery



Deliver content and design projects to brief and within budget Ask the right questions to ensure clarity and accuracy Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines

Design & asset creation



Use Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to produce digital and print assets Design materials ranging from email banners to event signage Manage printing and merchandise orders and liaise with suppliers

AI & automation of marketing



Employ an AI-first mentality across all elements of the role Utilising AI for content and campaign ideation, development and refinement Supporting with tracking and improving FluidOne's positioning within GEO search results Explore ways to integrate AI to enrich and streamline marketing processes and projects

Social media management



Plan and pitch content ideas across platforms to position us as thought-leaders and experts in our field Create, schedule, and monitor posts Write engaging captions tailored to different audiences Analyse performance and optimise strategies Manage multiple profiles across various platforms

Reporting & Analysis



Contribute to reporting and analysis and present findings and commentary in monthly departmental reports Monitor and report on web and social analytics Provide insights to improve campaign performance



Requirements:




Skills & Experience



Proven B2B marketing experience Video editing and creation Event/trade show support Familiarity with AI tools (knowledge of GEO would be advantageous) Experience working with varied brands and tones of voice Marketing research and long-form copywriting Background in IT/Telecoms HubSpot experience Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools Strong design skills across Adobe Creative Suite Experience delivering projects to brief Competence in web and social analytics Critical thinker with strong attention to detail
