ROLE





We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to drive the planning, execution, and optimisation of our marketing and business development activities. Blending marketing expertise with business development initiatives, this role plays a key part in elevating our brand, building strong client relationships, and unlocking new growth opportunities. It also offers the freedom to shape the position and truly make it your own.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





MARKETING



Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plan to promote the agency's services. + Including mapping of channels and marketing opportunities across our own platforms, third-party media, partnerships, sponsorships, thought leadership, and award entries.
Co-ordinate the creation and distribution of digital content across channels (website, social media, email marketing, etc.). Manage the agency's social media presence and content calendar, including posting, community engagement, and performance tracking. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. medical writers, business development, creative) to produce case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, and newsletters. Manage and execute advertising campaigns across Google and LinkedIn Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Help maintain and update the company website using a CMS (e.g., WordPress) and Support in driving website SEO and GEO



BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT





Lead the development and maintenance of business development resources, including case studies and pitch asset libraries. Conduct desk research on potential clients in line with agency strategic priorities. Maintain and update the business development pipeline and CRM system. Support the coordination of new business meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, and follow-ups. Support in the co-ordination and smooth running of pitch processes collaborating with internal teams as appropriate. Work closely with the Business Development leads to ensure alignment between marketing and business development efforts.



REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES





Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or an agency setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and project management abilities. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Creative mindset with a good eye for design and detail. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns. Experience working with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience in a medical communications agency, healthcare marketing, or pharma industry. (Desirable) Understanding of scientific/medical content and terminology. (Desirable)
