Role Overview
We are seeking a
Marketing Executive
to support the development and implementation of marketing strategies that promote our educational consultancy services and partner-led programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with senior staff to plan offerings, analyse market needs and strengthen our brand presence among students and families -- primarily from China.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior staff to determine the range of educational services and programmes promoted by the company and contribute to effective sales and marketing strategies.
Conduct surveys and analyse customer feedback on services, pricing, packaging and delivery to recommend and implement improvements.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies -- including social media campaigns -- to reach students and parents, ensuring activities align with market insights.
Liaise with UK partner schools and training providers to design programmes that meet customer needs and to gather market intelligence for marketing planning.
Compile and analyse sales and marketing performance data, prepare proposals for promotional campaigns and activities.
Liaise with clients to support the smooth delivery of academic and advisory services and collect feedback for future service enhancement.
Visit partner schools and providers regularly to maintain up-to-date market knowledge for use in marketing activities.
