Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance The Nailounge's brand, attract new clients, and retain existing ones. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery across social media, digital marketing, content creation, and client loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and grow the salon's social media platforms, creating content that reflects the brand's luxury image.
Develop and implement social media campaigns, monitor engagement, and optimize reach.
Collaborate on photography, videography, or design projects to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Website & Online Booking Management
Maintain website content to ensure accuracy of services, promotions, and events.
Optimize the Fresha booking system integration for a smooth client experience.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all online channels.
Client Retention & Loyalty Programs
Manage the digital and physical loyalty card programs, monitoring client engagement.
Plan and execute client retention campaigns, including email marketing, seasonal offers, and referral incentives.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans to support business growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for promotion.
Organize and promote in-salon events or seasonal campaigns to drive footfall.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and client engagement.
Use insights to make recommendations for improving marketing initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or luxury service sector.
Strong digital marketing, social media management, and content creation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, proactive, and highly organized with attention to detail.
Experience with loyalty programs, client engagement tools, and booking platforms is desirable.
