Job Summary
We're seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Executive. In this role, you'll help plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, supporting brand awareness and lead generation efforts. You'll work closely with the wider team to create engaging content, manage social media activity, and analyse campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Create and schedule engaging content for social media, email, and website platforms.
Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Coordinate with external suppliers, designers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Maintain and update the company's CRM and marketing databases.
Support the wider team with event planning, promotional activities, and other ad hoc marketing tasks.
Skills
Previous experience in a marketing or communications role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, or Google Analytics (desirable but not essential).
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Analytical approach to evaluating campaign performance and identifying improvements.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
