Job Overview

The Marketing Executive will develop and manage seiso's marketing activities, driving both retail and online sales

while strengthening the company's brand in a competitive sector. The role is pivotal in promoting seiso's products

and services, growing customer loyalty, and ensuring seiso becomes a recognised name in London's beauty industry.

Responsibilities

?Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns for Seiso's salon and retail operations.

?Develop engaging digital content including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and product promotions.

?Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and customer engagement.

?Conduct market research on beauty and wellness trends to inform campaign strategy.

?Promote in-store and online events, seasonal offers, and product launches.

?Analyse marketing performance using KPIs such as engagement, website traffic, and sales conversions.

?Collaborate with management to align marketing activities with business goals.

?Support the design of promotional materials and oversee online advertising campaigns.

Requirements

?1-2 years' experience in marketing (preferably in retail, beauty, or e-commerce).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.

?Proven ability in content creation and social media management.

?Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

?Commercial awareness with a focus on customer engagement.

?Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 41,700.00-43,000.00 per year
