Your Role



As Marketing Executive you will play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced, helping to tell the story of our work across digital channels, creative campaigns, and new product launches. From enhancing our online presence to engaging with a growing network of designers and design lovers, your work will help expand our reach while staying true to the values of craft, quality, and innovation that define us. This is a hands-on, creative role within a small and highly skilled team, ideal for someone who is eager to contribute, learn, and grow within a design-led environment.

The role will start on a part-time basis, with the view to becoming a full-time, long-term position for the right candidate. The annual salary will be pro-rated according to the number of days worked.

What You Will Do



Support the development and delivery of

brand strategies

that strengthen our identity, ensure consistency, and help us connect with both new and existing audiences. Assist with the ongoing management and improvement of our website and online shops. Plan and implement content strategies that not only boost SEO and user engagement, but also inspire and attract a growing network of interior designers and design professionals to discover and specify our products. Help maintain and grow our presence on carefully selected specialist platforms and help us explore new ones. Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing and communications initiatives, including: Social media content creation and scheduling, email newsletters and client outreach, campaign planning and event support. Support the launch and branding of new mirror collections. Help develop high-quality product photography and marketing visuals. Produce marketing and sales materials, both digital and print, such as brochures, product sheets, and promotional assets. Work closely with the sales team to support outreach efforts and client engagement. Assist with pricing strategies and ensure consistency across online platforms and promotional materials.

What You Bring



We are looking for someone who is not just experienced, but curious, creative, and eager to grow. You will be joining a close-knit team of designers and craftspeople, where every idea counts and where your input can shape how our brand evolves.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications. A creative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude -- someone who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems. A genuine interest in developing your skills within a growing, design-led company. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal. Experience managing content for websites, newsletters, and social media channels. A solid understanding of SEO principles, website CMS platforms (such as Shopify or Squarespace), and e-commerce best practices. The ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and confidence working with digital marketing tools.

Bonus Points



Experience in the interior design, luxury, or creative industries. A good eye for design, with skills in graphic design or photography. Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar tools. A personal passion for design, craftsmanship, and visual storytelling.
