Glenala Education is a dynamic company committed to delivering exceptional educational services to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and results- driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help us expand our reach.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, conducting market research, and engaging with potential customers to promote our educational products and services. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and will help drive our sales growth.

What You'll Do:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends. Deploy successful marketing campaigns Assist the digital product design and business development executive to create the website and identify marketing channels online Create appropriate marketing content in terms of blogs to attract target groups Oversee marketing banners, brochures and case studies Build and maintain a database of prospective clients. Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote products andservices. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales. Record all interactions and sales activities accurately in our CRM system. Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales. Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies. Any other tasks relevant to the position and your skill set (eg. could include tutoring for marketing)

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research and analytical abilities. Qualified to Degree level in relevant discipline. Target-driven and self-motivated. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
