We are on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Executive who will play a pivotal support role in our Marketing and Communications team. Role Overview:

As a Marketing Executive, you will support key marketing functions and assist in the seamless execution of marketing strategies across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Manager Assistance:

Engage with social media communities, inspiring families to explore London and partake in our tours. Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and updating platforms like Google Business, TripAdvisor, and Bing with our latest offerings. Handle licensor approvals, provide feedback on ads and imagery, and assist in distributing marketing materials.

Social Media Management:

Organise and coordinate shoots, manage props, and ensure guest satisfaction during content creation. Facilitate approvals, incorporating feedback from licensors, and distributing new assets to social media teams.

Affiliate Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the CEO to manage the affiliate program, pulling in seasonal updates and implementing ad creatives. Guide partners through collaboration processes and ensure affiliate compliance with Tradedoubler platform standards.

Partnership Management:

Assist in updating partner content pages seasonally, ensuring comprehensive coverage of tours and brand consistency.

Requirements:

A graduate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient understanding of various IT platforms. A keen eye for detail, combined with a creative flair. Ability to maintain composure under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to support the Creative Director and PR Manager as needed.
