Duties



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media. Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and analysing engagement metrics to optimise reach. Oversee SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling copy, graphics, and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools. Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance analysis. Utilise WordPress to update website content regularly and ensure user-friendly navigation. Monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI. Analyse marketing data using Google Analytics and other tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. Lead project management initiatives for marketing activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential B2B opportunities. Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and campaign results to stakeholders. Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing initiatives to generate leads and foster client relationships. Maintain organised records of all marketing activities, budgets, and schedules.

Skills



Proven management skills with the ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimisation techniques. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop for content creation. Experience with WordPress website management. Expertise in Google Ads campaign setup, optimisation, and analysis. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other sources. Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content. Proficiency in social media management platforms across multiple channels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing tools and platforms. Time management skills essential for juggling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
