Job Title: Marketing Executive and Social media Manager

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience (30 - 35k per annum)

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive / Social Media Manager to join our team at Kimbo UK. As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the business in executing a range of marketing initiatives, including total control and development of our social media platforms, email marketing, content creation, exhibitions, and PR liaison. You will work closely with the marketing team at our head office in Naples to ensure that our marketing efforts are executed effectively and aligned with our company's goals and objectives. You will be required to be in our North London office at least 2 days per week. This is a hybrid role so you will have the flexibility to work from home and visit customers.

Responsibilities:

Executing social media, email marketing, and content creation Manage and update our website and social media channels on a daily basis. Create bespoke content on all social channels to drive growth and engagement. Conduct market research and assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as You tube videos and tutorials. Organizing, planning, and executing events and exhibitions Monitor and report on marketing performance and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that our marketing initiatives are aligned with our company's goals and objectives. Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive and or Social Media manager with at least 3 years' experience Excellent communication and people skills both internally and externally Strong attention to detail Fluent in English Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience using marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, PDF creations Ideally a bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital marketing, or a related field but it is not essential. Additional hours maybe required for attending events and exhibitions.
