The Team




This role sits within our Retail Marketing team, reporting to a Senior Marketing Managers, and works closely with colleagues across product, sales, digital and design. You'll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns that promote brand visibility and drive capital raise opportunity. We are looking for someone with a passion for investment marketing and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Update marketing content such as decks, factsheets, and teasers. Deliver small projects and campaigns aligned with marketing plans. Manage routine website updates and client retention communications. Support events (in-person, online, and third-party). Create email campaigns, newsletters, and new content within brand guidelines. Collaborate with central marketing and sales teams on campaigns and materials. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain quality standards. Monitor campaign performance and keep product information accurate across channels.

We operate in a highly regulated environment so it's important that this person can produce high quality content within the financial promotion rules.

Qualifications

Ideally, you'll have:




? Around 2+ years' experience in marketing


? Experience across investments, financial services or regulated industry.


? Excellent Stakeholder management


? Excellent at delivering to timelines across multiple projects


? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


? Customer & data obsessed and like to get under the skin of how our clients think.


? Bold, accountable and constantly eager to learn.


? Attention to detail and producing quality output
